Seeing a spirit

Hello, i wanted to get some opinions or thoughts about this.

I was doing some astral projection last night to practice my spirituality. Once I was in the astral plane, I noticed something following me around. At first I ignored it and kept going through. Then as soon as I get to a place that kind of looks like "Cyber space" mixed with a neon green kind of texture. The thing that followed me came out and told me to stop moving. I did, the figure looked like a tall humanoid figure with glowing eyes.

It said:

"Stop downplaying your existence, you will do something good for this world. You are not a machine as you feel, but one who helps as they are designed to."

It makes sense as for the past few years, I have been feeling like a machine instead of a person. I tend to downplay my existence and I feel as this is my guide telling me to stop.

Any similar experiences?

Meting spirits is common on the astral plans. It may have just been a helpful one you had run into that has been around you or near you during your life. It may also be asking you to stop thinking low of yourself and make something that you be proud of instead. Many people meet up with spirits in the astral world either spirit guides or ancestors to help them withtheir current life problem or to hear advice. It's why you must always place protection on yourself before you go to the astral world. You may never know if a negative spirit means you unwell.
