Fix yourself a cup of hot tea, coffee or hot chocolate. After you have drank whatever you fixed a cup of, plug your head phones into your cell phone,and go to youtbue and just type in 9 hours of meditation music.
Put your head phones in your ears and lay down on your bed and you will be asleep in no time at all.
If possible remove electronics from your bedroom, and make it a relaxing place to sleep. You should also try to use your bed for specific tasks like meditation and sleeping only, instead of using your bed as a chair while on your computer, watching tv, or whatever else. Make a cup of lavender, chamomile, or mint tea, slowly, mindfully, sip the tea, breathing deeply. You can play soft music if you wish. Once you are done with the tea, lie back, and slowly count your breath in and out. My parents use to say ''Now I lay down to rest, cozy in my tiny nest, to drift away into sleep, carried off by fluffy sheep.'' It's childish, but I was a kid, and sometimes when I have trouble sleeping I will still say that to myself. You might also consider grounding before bed. If it is an occurring problem, keep a journal of what you eat and the activities you do, it could be you are over stimulated before bed.
