First rub your hands together until they get hot. then make a circle shape with your hands. then you should feel tingling in your hands or they get hot, that is the energy. you made a psi ball

This requires an edit, but this is one method to crate a psi ball. Do not rub your hands together until they get hot, or with a lot of friction. Do it gently for about thirty seconds to wake up the energy, then cup your hands and direct the energy to travel into your hands and pool between them in the shape of a ball. Your hands should grow warmer and tingle. As you make the ball larger and smaller, you should feel a slight push against your hands like two magnets of the same charge pushing against each other. When you are done, you can clap your hands or rub your hands together to disperse the energy. Also, be sure you charge energy into your body instead of relying on the energy in your body. Draining your body of energy can make you unwell.
