When it is getting dark, Chant this with faith and concentration :
''Gods of power, Gods of might,
I bid you now, stop this plight,
Stop the rain, we need no more,
Let it fall, nevermore.''
Put a lot of feeling in stopping rain from falling from the clouds and it will not fall, it will simply move to a area away from where you
are and then fall.
Don't bother,it is impossible, you cant change the weather with a spell, the rain falls naturally and this spell contradicts nature meanwhile magic doesn't,which is why it is fake, sorry to disappoint you.
Casey2000, weather spells are not impossible. I've cast many weather spells multiple times, they work. They just require a higher level of energy then the beginner usually has
True, Casey, magick doesn't contradict nature, but the weather is natural. If you're wanting snow in the middle of summer in the desert, that can't happen, but if it's raining and you want the rain clouds to go away, that's in the realm of possibility. The problem is, like death spells, the energy requirement is much higher since you're working with such powerful forces, it can be hard to control [a group casting is better in this situation] You aren't stopping/starting the rain over you, you're having to move weather patterns which can affect the world, so think before casting weather spells is all I'm saying. [some things are best left as they are]
What you're saying is that you kept chanting until the rain stopped on its own.
You did not disrupt the forces of nature enough to stop the rain. What you experienced is called confirmation bias.
I doubt this works, but if you wish to try it, be sure to check your weather forecast to ensure it was not predicted to stop raining. Rain will stop naturally, I would consider this plausible if you say the chant, it immediately stopped raining and the clouds parted. If you said the chant and a few hours later it stopped, I would consider this natural and not Magikal.
