Mix a bit of water, earth (some dirt or sand), and soome fire (a lit match) should be dropped in to extinguish.
Mix these with your wand or athame and repeat the following 3x.
"The power of earth infuse my blade/wande. The power of water infuse my blade/wande. And the power of fire burn away all unwanted energies for my blade/wande to complete its purpose".
