Headache Relief

A small guide on how to make a headache reliving oil.

What's needed:

Steps to take:

For each half inch ( 1.27ml ) of coconut oil, 10 drops of the essential oils should be added.

1. Fill the glass jar with coconut oil up to half and inch. 

2. If the coconut oil is not liquid yet, heat it up with your hands - if possible - until it's melted. Skip this step if your oil is already in a liquid state.

3. Mix 10 drops of each essential oil in to the coconut oil.

4. Rub on the bottoms of your feet or temples to relieve headaches

Notes: You can use any type of container to store this oil on, as long as it's kept in room temperature. It should not be placed on open wounds.
