First off What is astral projection? astral projection is your concisus outside of your physical body. you project when you dream or deep meditation you can also reach the astral plane being awake via astral projection.
Now the actually projection: First dim the lights and get ready to go to sleep or just dim the lights, next lay down on the floor or bed or you could sit in a meditative position. next take A deep breath hold for as long is comfortable then repeat 2 times or more. Next close your eyes and relax your whole body. then doze off a little you should feel Tingley at this point . next imagine yourself floating out of your body looking down at it make sure you have no fear during this whole exercise that's one of the main reasons people can't astral project .
