Ingredients two candles Description This is a spell that will calm the winds but you must be outside or very close to a window. Spell Casting First take the candles (not needed) and set them on either side of you. One on each side. Then chant the following: Gods and Godesses give me power, power to calm the winds give me this power so I may do thy command, winds calm right here and now give me power so you may fall.
