Strain through a cheesecloth and sweeten with honey. Raspberry Orange Scones 2 1/2 cups flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup butter 1 egg, beaten 3 tablespoons orange juice 1/2 teaspoon orange rind 1/2 cup raspberries Mix flour, baking powder, sugar baking soda and salt. Cut in butter to make a grainy meal. Add egg, orange juice and orange rind. Mix until blended. Shape 2 dozen balls of dough and place them on a greased cookie sheet about 1 inch apart and flatten with a spoon. Bake at 425 F for 15 minutes.
