Description

Systematic meditation used to improve introspection and telekinetic power.

Spell Casting

Achieve a state of relaxation, by holding the breath in and then
holding the breath out, and take a final deep breath and
close the eyes breathing rhythmically.
Meditate on being each thing for at least fifteen minutes.

Meditate on being a putrifying body
Meditate on being a hacked up corpse
Meditate on being filled with blood
Meditate on being filled with water all over the body
Meditate on being a rock of salt
Meditate on being a pool of mercury
Meditate on being a cloud of vapour

Meditate on being blue solidified 'laser-like' light
Meditate on being the divine substance of all things flowing and floating
Meditate on being moist white mushrooms
Meditate on being a glowing unfurling rose of light
Meditate on being a deer eating grass
Meditate on being a hawk circling the sky
Meditate on being a lion pouncing
Meditate on being an angel speaking in tongues in the darkness
Meditate on being god watching above the firmament of the stars
