Keep away Nightmares Spell

Ingredients 1 dry bay leaf sea salt mustard seeds fire tiny metal bowl Description This spell will ward off nightmares. Very simple. Spell Casting Take the sea salt and put it in the bowl. Then put the mustard seeds in with it. Mix the two. Break the bay leaf burn one half crumple it up and put it in the bowl. Do the same with the other half. Once all is in the bowl burn it more.
