Ingredients 2 pieces of paper a black pen a red pen quartz crystal or healing herbs (optional) Description This spell is designed to heal migraines and bad headaches to an extent. I personally love this spell! Spell Casting Use the black pen and write 'Migraines' on the paper as big as possible. Chant the following while crossing the word out while imagining the migraine fading. Migraines are hurtful Migraines stink They are a pain I cannot think When I have a migraine The word should be completely illegible now. Place the crystal or healing herbs in the middle and crumble the paper. on the next piece of paper, copy the following.
