Ingredients (optional) Paper and pen Description This wont make you forget the memory but it the memory wont affect you like it once did Spell Casting First draw a pentagram on a flat surface you can just use your finger and imagine the pentagram being drawn or you can use a pen and draw it on paper, then place your hand on the pentagram. Close your eyes and visualize the memory your trying to suppress and after your done going over the memory visualize it going into the pentagram (I usually visualize the memory as a black smoke leaving my body and into the pentagram).
