Spell CastingCalm yourself (as much as you can, spur the moment)take 3 deep breaths (symbolizing the Three Times rule) close your eyes if possible quietly chant while visualizing happy/calming things: "Magick, magick, unto me, hear me now, my soul be free" chant 3 times (or a multiple of three if there is alot of stress) ---keep in mind---magick does not work for EVERYONE, though it does for many.
