Then bring a bowl of water to the silent room. Lay down or sit up your choice. Your going to close your eyes and concentrate only on where the pain is. With both hands bring the water wiping it where the pain in the head is chanting: Gods and Goddesses hear my plea As this water had nourished the earth This water will nourish away the pain Mote it be (Keep chanting the spell wiping the water around the pain, keep your eyes closed picturing yourself, picture a dark red spot where the pain is in your head until you see the color fade to a blue to white.
