Basic Crystal Healing

Ingredients Crystal Description I'm going to be showing how to do some basic healing with crystals. Spell Casting Meditate. This will clear your mind and help with the spell. This will only work on a small cut or bruise, to take away the pain,not on a large cut or to get rid of a bruise. Place the crystal on the cut or bruise and place your hands over the top. Draw all of the bad energy out and put in an orb above one of your shoulders,this will need lots of focus to keep in control. Once that is done, send a little of your magic/k down your arms, through your hands, out through you fingertips and into the crystal. Keep that energy there for a moment, it will draw the energy from the crystal - amplifying it's power. Then send it out of the crystal and into the cut or bruise. Remove the crystal, and place your hands back over the cut or bruise, and draw any bad energy out of the cut or bruise that may still be in there, placing it into the orb over your shoulder.
