Start by blessing your candle or pray over it, make sure to cleanse it if it has been used in the past. Start dressing your red candle with the rosemary oil making sure you are dressing it in an upwards motion visualize a new love coming into your life. Place your candle in your holder and light it, pay attention to the flame and smoke and how it reacts. Hold the Rose quartz in your hand and feel the energy coming off of it and visualize the love flowing into you and attracting a new love. Let the candle burn down all the way (you can snuff it out if you need to do something, never blow it out.).
