Sacred water
Six candles 3 white 3 pink
Paper and pen
Rose petals
3 herbs of choice (optional)
Description
Ritual bath for self love or care
Spell Casting
- Put in the plug, before you start the bath put in half the sacred water.
- Fill the tub.
- Light the candles and chant 3 times:
"Happiness I desire happiness I deserve my body’s great my mind is strong no one can stop me moving along."
- Sprinkle the herbs and rose petals in the tub.
- Get in and on the paper write down 10 good quality’s you have.
- When you're ready, get out and accept that you are beautiful and have a purpose
- Dry of and wash your face in the rest of the sacred water
