While the candle is still unlit, visualize pure white light surrounding you, starting at your head to your toes. Next, visualize the negative energies leaving as you breathe yourself free of them. Now, light the candle and say the following: "Goddess Danu (Or your patron deity), I call upon thee To strike the darkness inside of me. Fill me with blessed light and love, Make shadows vanish as white as doves.
