Keeping your eyes closed imagin cold energy in your body, give it a colour that represents cold (eg. Blue) and  imagin that your body is filled with that colour, focus on that colour seeping out of your body, when your bodyis wmpty imagine a warm colour in a tight ball in the middleof your chest (eg. Red) now think about that colour as a heater and imagine the colour filling up your body and your body being warm.   This may take a few times before you warm up completely.
