Ingredients Clear Mind A Candle (Optional) A Voice Description This spell allows you to summon power and accept it within yourself. Spell Casting Lie on the floor and sink into a meditation. You can chant or just relax, whichever fits you best. After you have achieved your clear state of mind, then, with your eyes closed, imagine roots sprouting from your body and going into the ground. Imagine them sucking up the Earth's energy and bringing it back to you, where it transforms into a white light that surrounds you. Imagine that the white light becomes you. Feel the power and the energy taking over your body. Open yourself up to it; accept it into you as one. After you have done this, say the words: "Power from mother. Power from earth.
