Make a lot of ki behind the block at your wrists so it builds up pressure. One part of liquid ki stays near your chest, while the other part makes up 5 ki balls in each arm. Make the ki balls into jing. Put a lot of pressure on releasing the ki balls then finally when you can't hold it longer, shoot them.
