Description
A spell to help you fall asleep or to put a child to bed.
Spell Casting
While in the same room or holding your child which ever you prefer, chant these words:
"Now it is time to go to sleep, so start counting all those sheep. Please try not to fight, just sleep all through the night. So close your eyes and let it be, because now it is time to sleep".
Chant this softly over and over until the child falls asleep. If you are doing this for yourself, you can lay in bed while reciting this in your head.
