45 Spiritual Spells from Penta Magic

Close your eyes and breathe slow. When you feel calm and relaxed say aloud:

"Bide me by the Wiccan Rede.
Do harm to none
and it shall be.
In perfect love and perfect trust.
I call to thee to look for such.
Bring peace and light into my realm.
And we shall flourish at the helm."

Get four small pieces of paper and on each piece write the person's name or the name of whatever it is you need to banish. On the opposite side draw a pentacle. Write the same name on the pentacle and carve it on the black candle.

Do what you would normally do as far as visualizing this thing or person being drawn away from you. At this time ask any deities or personal patrons for help if you'd like.

Light the candle. Take the four pieces of paper and burn one, saying,
"I banish ______ with the power of fire. So mote it be."

Bury one in some dirt, saying,
"I banish ______ with the power of Earth. So mote it be."

Flush one down the toilet, saying,
"I banish ______ with the power of Water. So mote it be."

Then tear one into little pieces and throw it out your window, saying,
"I banish ______ with the power of Wind. So mote it be."

Let your black candle burn down.

If you prefer to work outside, you can obviously use a stream instead of your toilet. It really doesn't matter how you do this, but it is important that your intention be clear.
Also it is important to be careful anytime you are working with fire or burning things.

The following magickal rhyme is a powerful witches incantation that can be used for any potion you brew-up, recite it while visualizing your intent within your mind's eye. You may repeat it several times out loud or to yourself:

"Herbal potion, cauldron brew, now be charged with magick true. With intent I speak this charm, all be blessed and none be harmed. Ever minding the law of three, this is my will, so mote it be".

Perform this spell alone at night. On a night before the dark moon (women will need to adjust the timing to coincide with their menstrual cycle) gather your items together to perform this spell. Ground and center. Mark a circle on the ground around you with the sea salt, moving clockwise beginning and ending in the North. Burn your herb as an incense and allow the smoke to waft over you and your area. Hold the bottle over the smoke and make sure that some gets inside it. Light the black candle saying:

“

"From the darkness I conjure light
from the light I summon force,
from the force I invoke the power
to trap that which intends me harm.”"

On the parchment write the following with Dragon’s Blood Ink:

Your full name (your magickal name will do if you identify with it.)
Your birthdate. (Month, day, year, and time if possible)
The symbol for your astrological sun, moon, and rising signs.
Any other symbol that you feel represents the real “you”.

Now smear some of your semen or menstrual blood onto the paper. Draw a circle around the whole thing and draw a pentagram over it, feeling that to do so is an act of power; that when the star is completed you have erected a field of protection around you. Roll up the parchment and place inside the bottle.

Now begin to fill the bottle with the other items: your hair and clippings, nails, glass, bugs, etc. You will want to fill the bottle about halfway. Say:

“

"Insects from beneath a rock,
needles, nails rusting fast,,
Keep all harm inside and locked,
within this dungeon made of glass.”"

Now fill the jar as far as possible with your urine, which is from your body in the act of release. This will provide a link for the energy to follow into the jar and remain. Add the handful of earth, feeling it’s connection to the planet and it’s ability to transform waste into fertility. Add three pinches of sea salt to the mixture. Cork the bottle or attach the lid and seal the edges with drippings from the black candle. Hold the bottle in both hands before you and in front of the candlelight so that the light shines through the bottle. Feel the power of the candle permeate your bottle, charging it with power and purpose. Say:

“

"I charge you, bottle, to trap all harm.
Keep me safe away from danger.
Inside darkness calls to darkness,
to be carried below
into the grave.”"

Take three deep breaths and exhale all your stress, worry, doubt fear, pain, etc. into the bottle. On the last breath “hear” the power in your breath ring and resonate with the bottle. Wrap the bottle carefully in the black cloth and open your circle in the normal way. Go outside to bury the bottle in a place where it will not be disturbed. Should the bottle ever be disturbed or broken, rest assured that the negativity will not then return to you as it has already been neutralized by the salt and the handful of earth, but the bottle will cease functioning. If you end up burying it in a place that you cannot check up on its well-being, you then may want to perform this spell at different intervals, perhaps once a year on a certain date. This of course is up to you.

Be close to a source from which you want to draw energy. Imagine energy in the form of thread/ball/light coming towards you and flowing in through your head/palm. After sometime, you will be recharged. Note: To use this technique you must be left with some energy in yourself.The source can be anything. I draw from the sun, moon, water and earth. It's completely your choice.

Take a cleansing shower or bath, but before you begin washing, hold the chalice of salt water in your hands, and "charge" it with white light. Ask to be purified of all negative energies and entities. Pour the salt water over yourself, from head to foot. Visualize white light energy removing all negativity. Then continue with your shower like usual. After drying off, anoint yourself with the oil (on brow, heart, and each shoulder). Ask for white-light protection from the Goddess, and visualize white light surrounding you. Anoint each candle with the oil, starting from the base, up to the top.

Set one candle (and one stick of incense) in each room of the house, and one at each entrance to the house. Prepare another chalice of warm salt water. Walk through your house with the salt water, sprinkling it thoroughly in each room, being sure to get some into corners and closets, behind doors, anywhere negativity can gather. As you sprinkle, you might chant something like: "Negative energy may not stay, I release it and send it on its way. Negative energy, I banish thee, And as my word, so shall it be!" Say this with confidence and power in your voice. Continue sprinkling salt water in every possible area of your home.

Once you've finished that, light the candles and incense. (Be sure they're not near anything flammable!) Let them burn all the way down. While they are burning down, sit in a quiet location and visualize white light energy infusing every room of your home. Doing this ritual every few months will leave a calm, cozy feeling in your house. You can also place dishes (or make sachets to hang) of protective herbs around your house. Lavender flowers, fennel seeds, and basil work well at keeping negativity away.

Fill dram bottle halfway with sweet almond oil. Add each oil, shaking gently to mix well. Add dragon's blood resin and sea salt. Shake to mix. Charge.

When anointing an oil, you can use the following spoken charm:

"Spirit to oil, oil to candle, candle to flame,
flame to smoke, smoke to Spirit."

This ritual doesn't require any candles or any incense. Go to the forest, the desert, anything in the wild, where it's far from any humans. If you cannot then work on your magical place and either have a plotted plant or four plain stones.
Sit on the ground and place your hands on the dirt beneath you (or plant, or stone). Visualize the earth from space as a blueish-white sphere of positive, whole, healed energy. Experience it as a living organism. When you are ready, say these words:

"Pure are the caves and plains,
Pure are the sod and hills,
pure are the winds and skies,
pure are the lakes and hills,
pure are the clouds and rains,
pure are the woods and trees,
pure are the valleys deep,
pure are the bays and seas."

Renew your visualization and say:

"Pure are the birds that fly,
pure are the hounds and bats,
pure are the fish and whales,
pure are the hares and cats,
pure are the owls and snakes,
pure are the stags and deer,
pure are the lizards green,
pure are all creatures here."

Once again, renew your visualization. Feel the earth. Block all thoughts of the ravages that our species has subjected our planet to. See the earth as a healed, whole being. Then say these, or whatever words come to mind:

"As I receive your energy, now receive mine."

Pour your personal power out through your palms and into the earth. Gently send it spiraling down into our planet, lending it the strength to survive. Willingly give of yourself for a few moments while visualizing that shining blue planet hanging in the sky. After a few moments, end the ritual by lifting your hands and standing. (If performing this indoors, place the stones or plotted plant on the ground outside to allow the earth to absorb the energy.)
