I'd recommend burning them, running them over, etc. As you visualize this, say the words, ''You, who have wronged me in the deepest way, may this fate be put upon. May you suffer as I've suffered. I will have my vengeance. As I will, so mote it be.'' Congratulations, you just sent tons of negative energy their way. Good for you.

Stare at the target's nose for ten seconds while you chant, quietly, "Monstrous bully, leave me alone. For now you will have no nose!". The targets nose may begin to bleed.
