Fold the paper up, with the piece of string tucked in the middle. Add a few drops of water to the paper. Don't soak it. You don't want to obliterate the name inside. Just dampen it enough that it will freeze solid. Place the wet folded paper in the freezer and leave there until the situation is passed.

This spell is in two parts, and it is easier in complete silence. It is used to bind and banish beings of great power, and I'm talking demigods and Lovecraftian abominations - hope you never have to use it.
You may need:
A silver pentacle (optional)
An overpowered eldritch monstrosity (obviously)

Begin building up even more energy - and I mean ridiculous amounts of energy.
Face the monstrosity and trace the first line of the pentacle in the air (or if you have a pentacle just hold it up) and say:
''Grounded, thou art,
The earth seals and binds
Thine power to destroy.''
Then, trace the second line and say:
''Fire scorches thine energy
Burning away what used to be
Thine power to remain.''
Third line traced:
''The cruel winds gust
Tearing away
Thine mortal form.''
The fourth line is traced here. Make sure you are practically overflowing with power.
''Water rages
Eroding thine bonds to thy master.''
The fifth line is traced here. As you say the following incantation, release all the energy you have been building up all at once.
''Homo apud Deus'' (man among God)
''The gods have heard my prayer
The gods will stand behind me
And add their might to mine.''
After you have released the energy, watch the monstrosity wither away and murmur:

It is best to find a work area that you can leave untouched for 3 days. if you must put away your tools, try to leave the spell candle out in the open. Prepare your work area by setting up any tools you may be using in addition to your spell candle. This spell is used to protect yourself from mental attacks. Bathe in purification herbs, or with your favorite bath salts. while you are bathing, concentrate on the purpose of this spell. After bathing go to your work area and cast a circle and light some incense. Envision a large, white ball of light surroundoing you, your work area, and your home. hold the candle between the palms of your hands and direct all of your positive energy into the candle. Place the candle in its candle holder. prior to lighting the candle say,
"This candle represents protection over me in all things."
Light the candle and say,
"As the flame grows, I can feel the light and positive energy around me. As this candle burns, everything around me is blessed with light and love. Negitive energy is being banished."
Sit back and watch the candle burn. when the candle has burned 1/3 of the way say,
"As the flame of the candle is extinguished-- evil, negitivity, and harm towards me is banished, so mote it be."
Extinguish the candle-- downt blow it out though!
