A.) Visible colorful dots gather around your hand or magical tool and sink into it.
B.) Streams of energy com from objects come out of objects around you and sink into your hand or magical instrument.
2.)After you gather the energy into your hand or magical instrument, visualize the energy beginning to freeze. If you are using your hand grab the object you are going to freeze and visualize something that represents extreme cold.
3.) Concentrate on the object use a combination of astral projection to see the object with out opening your eyes, spiritual meditation to make the ice in a spiritual form, and the incantation shown at the bottom.
4.) Visualize the object starting to freeze replay as many times as necessary DON'T OPEN YOUR EYE NO MATTER WHAT. THE SPELL DOESN'T HAVE THE SAME EFFECT THAT IS WHY YOU NEED TO USE A PARTIAL ASTRAL PROJECTION!!!!!!!!! Now recite the following

First thing you do, fill your bathtub with Warm Water.
(Optional): With the Green Marker, Draw a Pentagram on the Paper, and put the Appropriate Runes, Sowilo Rune on Top point for Spirit, Wunjo Rune on Right Point for Water, Fehu Rune on lower right point for Fire, Ehwaz Rune on lower Left point for Earth, and Ansuz Rune on left point for Air.
Place Green candle in the Center of the Pentagram (if being used) otherwise, place it anywhere. Set up your incense stick anywhere in your bathroom.
Next thing you do, Light the insence, and light the Candle. Take the sea salt, give thanks to Mother Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Spirit Chant:
"Bless this Sea Salt, Bless this Bath, Cleanse my body of all negative Energies, Heal my spirit and renew it, Blessed Be."
Envision a glowing light around the sea salt, go over to your bathtub and sprinkle the salt all throught your bath water saying: "Bless this bath, Bless my spirit, Blessed Be." and while doing so, envision a light all around your bath water.
Step in, relax, medittate if you wish, submerge your entire body in the water and enjoy your bath. Once you have finished, you should feel relaxed, full of energy and cleansed of all negative energy.

First off go to a quiet, undisturbed place with the ingredients.
Then hold the ring in one hand and the enchanted crystals that are the colors of the chakras in the other, then rub the crystals on the ring. While rubbing the crystals on the ring, meditate, visualize energy from the surroundings going up and into you(blending with your energy) out your hand and into the crystals.
Finally when done visualizing repeat this incantation 3 times:
