6. Then keep the hex bag until you are able to place or hide it in a general area your enemy visits regularly.

The general idea of this spell is quite practical. Draw wards, which are energy walls that can be constructed to accomplish a variety of things. In this case ward the inside and outside of your windows and doors, visualizing the energy feeding off those who try to enter uninvited rather than you. Visualize the energy drawing away negativity and propelling it in the opposite direction.

step one:

fill the bowl with water, then set in front of you

step two:

sit on the south side of the bowl,

step three:

place the dark blue candle north of the bowl,

place the light blue on the south side of the bowl

now, place the fresh water plants or moss into the bowl let sit two minutes and meditate during.

To do it you have to activate the dragon spirit inside you. It's quite easy. Be in a calm state and think of a dragon in your chi trying to burst out of your body. Try to give it some of your ki. If the dragon accepts it then you may proceed if not try again after some time. If it does then bond with it using your ki do this for a few days and see the dragon being in your control or doing what you want. After that try to get the dragon out of your body step by step as first his mouth then his body and then his heat as he won't come out in one day. You have to keep doing it. After that you can do three things: destroy the dragon and keep its spirit, keep the dragon as a companion or convince the dragon to fuse with your body (he can come out whenever you need or whatever he likes) You have to be in the first or third state to do this technique. After you have done all this try focusing your Dragon's spirit and your ki in your most dominant hand and keep concentrating on it. Now open your hand like a dragon claw you will feel a powerful urge to leave this state but you have to be in this state for some time. After you have done that strike with all your power imagining a great dragon is striking its claw on your enemy master it and you will become more powerful

ENERGY

alright, i'm assuming you can feel your energy and already know how to program it and etc. if not, go look for it! i'll be right here ;)
found it? great! let's move on! i want you to really feel your energy body, try to feel if there are any blockades that could hinder your success. if there are, this is the time to get rid of those blockades, got rid of the blockades? good, now heal your energy body!

after that move on to the next step!

now that you have a blockade free energy system let's get going! i want you to imagine blobs of energy forming where you want you kagune to be. let them stretch out and form however you wish your kagune to look like. now i want you to program that is will stay in place, even if your not thinking about it, that it will affect the physical realm as if it we're really physical. and that none else can program the energy other than you. and then i want you to create a protective layer of energy over the thing you made, and program this to not let the energy out of it's shape, and also not let the energy get out. and once again, program that the only one who can change this is you and you alone.

ASTRAL

you know the drill, get into the astral realm or just standing next to you body will also just do fine. now i want you to imagine a mirror, in this mirror you will be able to tweak yourself and you astral appearance/aura/soul. after you have done the desired changes to you body you have completed it! yay, you have an astral kagune! nice!

PHYSICAL

i want you to do some exercises and see what part of your body is the strongest.

now that you figured out what part of your body can handle a little more weight let's dig in!

draw out what you want your kagune to look like, and where it is placed. etc.

now get into the astral realm and stand next to your physical body. now i want you to imagine a mirror, in this mirror you will be able to tweak yourself and you astral appearance/aura/soul. after you have done the desired changes to you body i want you to walk over to your body and lay in your body, i then want you to focus really hard on changing and re-arranging your cells to your new look. this won't hurt, in less than a split second you'll be transformed if done right. and transformed back of course.

HOW DO I GET RID OF IT?

easy! get into a calm state of mind and program your energy to go back into your energy system and erase all code from itself.

after that the kagune should disappear for the energy one.

the astral one is pretty easy, just go back into your body and you'll be good :b

the physical you just need to either wait, (i have never physically shifted so yeah...) or get some sort of "spark" into your system.
but anyway, if you really cant get rid of it go back up to the steps on how to do it and do the steps in reverse.
