lift your less dominant arm staight into the air. Now bend your wrist so your can see you palm. Close your eyes and imagine little sparkles comeing from your hand and landing on you face. then after you feel slightly drowsey put your arm down and you'll be able to sleep.

Close your eyes and imagine the Archangel Michael is standing in front of you, holding his flaming colbalt sword. Say, "Michael to the right of me, Michael to the left of me, Michael above me, Michael below me, Michael within me. Michael, with your flaming sword of cobalt blue, please protect me today, as this spell I do".
Visualize Michael's presence. You should be able to feel his protective aura around you. You may want to give him an offering to help this spell along. Always thank him for his protection.
Strike the match and light a black candle. Once it is lit, and burning strongly, chant these words with a partner while visualizing the person you hate:
"You, who have shunned me. You, who have pained me. May your soul burn in firey flame and ash. (Name) I banish you to Hell, where you may experience the same feelings you caused me".

Light a blue and an indigo candle. Once done, you can begin to invoke a Goddess of Wisdom, and ask for her help to enchant the book. (The Goddess can be one within your own pantheon, doesn't have to be a specific one). Inscribe the book letting the inscription express the desired wish. Close the book when finished, then snuff out the candles.
Place the pink candles around the white one.Then, take the piece of paper and write the following onto it: "Take away my problems. Bring me peace of mind". Write your name at the bottom. Carefully hold the paper over the white candle and allow it to burn. Once it has burned, scoop up and dispose of the ashes. Then snuff out the candles.
"Divines, I call upon you in need to bless this water. Bless it with your power ,with your purification. Bless it so that it may harm none. This spell is done,so mote it be".
Direct that at a bowl of water you possess and it will be blessed.
