'Visualize' and feel a ball of air consuming you IN FIRST PERSON!!

If you want, try to control this ball. At first, it will be difficult, but like everything in life, it will get easier and eventually you will be able to conjure the element just by thinking about it.

There is no 'spell' for this.

This is the easiest element to control IN MY OPINION. Try visualizing the other elements, but you may have to be near [Insert element] for it to work.

Clear your mind.

Once it is clear, in first person ( or third person, will take longer to control your powers though), imagine a ball of wind consuming your body. This wind is your power. If you want, or are more experienced in air magick, try to manipulate this air, get a feel for it.

1. Sit cross legged.
2. Make a circle with each hand.
3. Breathe in, bring your circled hands up to your chest.
4. Breathe out, bring your circled hands down beside your body.

Say this if you feel unsafe or nervous about something "Wind, wind guide me/us and blow, Tell me/us where it's safe to go" If the wind stays still you are fine where you are, If it blows harshly run in that direction. If there is just a gentle breeze it is on edge and maybe you should walk away at that point unless it is more than 45 seconds after saying the spell.

First fill the vial with purified water, then add in the wolf/canine fur. Add in your D.N.A,then the sap. Add in 2-3 drops of the oil. Then hold your gem and say,"Goddess and God, make this gem's energy flood out into my palm like liquid, and make it so when I put my hand over this here vial the energy will flood in." Then place your palm over the vial. Then get a charged and and stir while saying, "Goddess and God, Lady and Lord, make it so whoever drinks 1-3 drops of this potion becomes a better pack member, whether it's Alpha, Beta,Theta, or any other rank. The sap, symbolizing the power to emotionally heal, the oil, symbolizing nature, the wolf/canine fur, symbolizing the wolf or animal within, my D.N.A, symbolizing me. on a cloudless night , during the full moon go outside alone. find a comfortable position on the ground and stare up at the moon. now you will pray to the goddess of the moon. your prayer should consist of the strongest emotion your feeling and why it needs to leave you.when you finish, look up to the moon and stare until you see the blue ring surround it. this means your prayer has been received . breath in deeply, and when you breathe out your lungs will feel fuller and your shoulders lighter. thank the goddess for her guidance, then return inside and sleep. in the morning you will feel lighter as the negative emotion has left you.

Take your writing utensil and write on a strip of paper, one large enough to wrap around the pen, the word 'Activate'. Under the word activate, write a small saying that you will remember that will activate the pen. One of the ones I use is "flow of ink, shower my words with power".

On the other side of the paper, write the word 'Deactivate'. Under that word, write a saying which will deactivate the pen. My saying is "As it is written, so must it be".

Wrap the paper around the pen and hold it to your chest. Visualise your energy surrounding and entering the pen, then say:

"As I scribble and write I may,

So how it will be today,

Take my words and make them flower,

With my will as your power"

Leave the pen on a windowsill under the full moon all night, or put a few drops of moon water on the pen. You can put the paper inside of the pen (where the ink barrel would be), or you can fold it and throw it away or recycle it.

First get the sap and put it in the vial, next get the blackberry leaf and mash it with a rock and then put it in. Put a tiny bit of grape vine leaf in, then put in tree bark (Only a tiny bit) Fll the vial up with cold water. Add one or two drops of essential oil. Let it sit for one minute. Grab amethyst and say "God and Goddess give me the calming power of the amethyst into my hand and when I put the energy into the potion it shall stay there forever." Then put the amethyst energy into the potion. Now charge your wand and stir the potion while saying, "I want this potion to heal any sort of pain. The cactus sap, symbolizing the power to heal burns, the blackberry leaf symbolizing the power to heal stings or bug bites, the grape vine, symbolizing the power to heal emotional pain or headaches, the tree bark, symbolizing the power to heal toothaches, the essential oil, symbolizing the power to heal cuts. To heal any pain apply to pain and it shall ease the pain.If its a headache or emotional pain, put over head or heart, blessed be, mote it be, so be it" And now you're done!

Start running and Say 10 times while running:

"My sun god helios guide me into the light make me a beauty fight. Give me speed, give me speed, give me speed with the power of the demons light."

Then say 3 times:

"Fasten my Hasten Fasten my speed I will be as fast as a demon of speed and as fast as a ghost of speed."
