987 Weather Spells from Spell Casters

If there is a wind blowing at you, stretch out your dominant hand and send out your energy and visualise it forming a shield in front of you, covering your body. Pour all your energy into it. It should stop the wind, or at least weaken it. Concentrate! It may take some practice.

Find a room which has a wall mirror. Put the candle in front of you and light it (but remember to be safe!). Look at the mirror for a while, then close your eyes and recite the Spell:

'Goddess of Fire, please help me with my desire. I wish to be a Fire Fairy! I wish my wings will be (white, red, orange, yellow). I wish to have the powers of Fire and (metamorphosing, good-luck, super-strength, super-speed).

When I say "I am a Fire Fairy", I will be visible ONLY to the ones I have told my secret and I will have my wings on my back. When I say "I am a human being", I will be a human again.

I promise to keep this a secret, and only tell my Best of Friends and my family. So mote it be!'

After you have recited the Spell, open your eyes and imagine your wings on your back. Then open your eyes again, and imagine you standing there in front of the mirror and using your powers.

Cast a circle around yourself 3 times and repeat the following 3 times:

"Flurries flurries today today. Flurries flurries as I say, may it snow and yes it may. Today will be a snowy day."

Firstly grab your wand and say: "Wind wind come to me. From breath to toe I set you free. So mote it be". Wave your wand in a figure 8 then tap with your wand the thing you want to dry or point in the direction were you want the wind to go.

Go to the quiet place to sit and put the soil in front of you. Sprinke the grass over the soil. Poke 5 small holes in the soil that go all the way down with the twig. Pour water in the holes. Do not overflow.

Cover holes with leaves and press the leaves into the soil. Water may flow out or get soil wet. Take 1 leaf and rip the stem. If there is sap, (sticky white liquidy stuff) You have earth powers.

Anoint the candles with cedar oil, and light them. Sprinkle some of the herbs around the bases of the candles and focus on the flames. Feel the heat of the fire fill up your soul. Repeat the following:

"Happiness and joy come into my life
Away with anger, stress and strife
I am happy, I am free
No more negativity"

Pass your hands through the warmth of the flames (preferably without burning yourself). Leave the candles to burn down on their own.

You take your wand and hold it high, you take some magic, and say:

"Wind, I summon thee! Take me high, into the sky, please let me fly!"

If it does not work try it again, and it might not work if you are a beginner.

After you have recited the Spell, open your eyes and imagine the wings on your back. Then close your eyes again, and imagine you standing there in front of the mirror and using your powers.
