Place the cup of water on top of the pentagram and say, "Darkness comes to this land, bring it upon us. Open doors to turn the land black and grey, white and blue. Let death beyond the gates of Hell". Repeat this five times. To finish, dump the water onto the pentagram and wait.
Start a knot on the length of rope and wait for a breeze. When it comes quickly finish the knot. You must make three knots for it to work (I don't know if there is a limit to the amount of knots). To release the wind simply untie the knot. Its power is proportional to the strength of the wind when it was captured.
Set the candles three feet apart, light them, and chant: "Dual flame, grow big and strong, grow wide and long. Fire spirits, hear my plea and make the fire obey me". Open your eyes and you should be able to visualize two dragons made of fire, at your command.
Control the wind, making it stronger or reducing it.

There are 2 chants, one to reduce the wind and one to making it stronger.
Reducing it: First, concentrate, then say:''Oh raging wind, you that flow in our meadows, I command thee to reduce to a simple breeze and eventually disapear!"
To make it stronger: Again, concentrate, then say:''Oh you small breeze, may your strengh grow and become a raging gust! Flow in the sky and move the clouds!"
This spell will let you hold the power of the air and control it at your will.

Go outside with your candle and feather, and sit down cross legged. Put the candle down in front of you and light it. Now, take the feather, and touch the tip of it to the center of your forehead, or your third eye. Breathe nice and slowly and as you do, recite this spell as you hold the feather to your head:
"Guardian of the watchtower of the North, Master of wind and sky. Lend me your ancient power. Keep me strong with the wind's cry. When you breathe, allow it to move through me. Give me ancient powers".
Burn the feather over the candle and say, "Accept this sacrifice. Allow me the will and power over your watchtower. So mote it be". Then blow out the candle to finish the spell.
Look towards the sky and feel the air around you exchange energies with it as you chant:" Wind that rules the mortal world, never ending, never slow. Bring the clouds now full of rain. To soothe this earth of scorching pain."
