    This bath spell is to give you peace and relaxation.

    Draw a bath for yourself. Pour a tablespoon or so of milk into a large bowl of water. Say: ''Water ripples on the breeze...'' Add several rose petals (fresh or dried) to the bowl of water and milk. Say: ''Thistledown flies through the air...'' Stir the water, milk, and rose petals with the index finger of your right hand. Say: ''Silent as the mighty seas...'' Gently pour the mixture that you have created into the bath. Say: ''Peaceful here without a care.'' Step in. Bathe for as long as you wish. Let the water absorb negative thoughts and worries. Allow yourself a few moments of healing peace.

    This bath will relax you as well as help you heal physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
    You may need:

  • 2 cups dry nonfat powdered milk
  • 1/2 cup Epsom salts
  • 1/2 cup baking soda
  • 6 drops sandalwood essential oil
  • 5 drops vanilla fragrance oil
  • 4 drops gardenia fragrance oil
  • 4 drops orange essential oil

    You may need:

  • 2 cups dry nonfat powdered milk
  • 1/2 cup Epsom salts
  • 1/2 cup baking soda
  • 6 drops sandalwood essential oil
  • 5 drops vanilla fragrance oil

    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a container. Pour 1 cup into the bath as you fill the tub and stir well. You can save the rest for the next New Moon Milk bath or give it to a friend/relative who may also want/need to try.
