First thing i want to say is weather magic seriously appeals to me and for years i've had a facination with the wind. You don't actually need to say a spell to get a good breeze; i found that all you really need to do is concentrate, breathe in but in a way imagine your breathing in the wind and then exhale, imagining your breathing out wind or like pushing on it.

Just to note aswell, this isn't a powerful thing but it's good for a hot summers day if there isn't a breeze or for drying clothes on the line or something.
