Hypertension, known in old times as Blood Boiling Curse, is a medical term for describing high blood pressure. Panacaea Healing Potion is a cure for it, as it lowers the blood pressure. WARNING! To be used only by people who have abnormally high blood pressure, as it lowers the blood pressure even if one has normal blood pressure.

Items needed:

- Ginger Powder 10 grams

- Hawthorn Liquid Extract (5 drops)

- Cinnamon Powder 1/2 tablespoon

- Basil 1/2 tablespoon

- Ground Flax Seed 50 grams

- Almond Milk (200 ml)

Recipe:

1. Smash the Ground Flax Seed with a Mortar and Pestle until you obtain a powder. Place the powder in a little cauldron. ( I personally use a Grinder, is way easier than with the Mortar and Pestle)

2. Put the Almond Milk on top and stir very very quickly for a couple of minutes.

3. Add the Ginger Powder and stir quickly, but not as quickly as you did for step 2, for a couple of minutes.

4. Add the Cinnamon Powder and stir a little less quickly than you did for step 3 for a couple of minutes.

5. Add the Basil and stir a little less quickly than you did for step 4, also for a couple of minutes.

6. While stirring very slow, add the Hawthorn Extract and chant each time before you let a drop fall "Panacaea, drop a drop of your potion/ as I make this motion,/ drop a drop in my potion/ that I filled with devotion,/ drop a drop,/ drop a drop."

The availability of this potion is equivalent to the availability of the Almond Milk. The person who has hypertension must drink this every day, preferably for the rest of his/her life. To notice a major improvement, this has to be done for at least 12 weeks.

Be blessed!
