A simply energy charging for either stones or runes.

Matierals:

A rock/rune of your choice

A quiet environment

 

Steps:

  1. Sit down in a quiet location that you feel would be comfortable to sit in for a short amount of time, with minimal distractions.
  2. Now, hold the rock/rune in the palms of your hands and close your eyes. Begin to meditate.
  3. Shortly after, imagine energy and your aura. Focus on this until you can clearly feel it.
  4. Now, imagine your energy flowing into the rock/rune like a river, filling it up.
  5. Slowly lessen the amount flowing into the rock/rune as you come out of your meditative state.
  6. You can either seal it or leave it open, whichever suits you, but it should now be charged.
