First, make sure the pot isnt too big. Pour two cups of milk into a pot and let it sit on the stove and have the stove set to a really low medium. Next, add two tablespoons of pure cane sugar or regular sugar. Then mix. After that, add 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon and mix. If you would like, at this step, you will add one teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix.
Second, take a cup and pour the potion into it. And say " O great and powerful gods and goddesses. Please enhance this potion to have anyone who drinks this to have a few moments of relaxation and peace. So blessed be."
Then wait for it to cool ( warm not boiling hot ) off and give your thanks and drink up!

Place the candle on the saucer and set it down. Sit down before the candle and light it. Tear the paper in half (hamburger style) and write the person's name down in the middle. Hold the paper with the name on it over the flame. As it burns, say this chant:
