Touch the person or animal you want to heal and say: "Forever I have loved you. But now you are in your dying stages. I wish to free you from this pain". Pray to God and Heaven to free your loved one and help them survive.

Then take the item and always wear it.

You get 1 white, 1 blue, and 1yellow candle. Light them all in front of a mirror and say this chant:
