First get into a meditative state. Then make a needle with your psi energy really thin and sharp. Then imagine your genes running through separate tubes. Tell the needle what to with your mind like change my gender to a girl. The needle then should go to a tube and poke into it. Once the needle has made a hole, close up the hole with psi otherwise you will lose part of your character. Then wait until the needle evaporates into the tube, and then exit your meditative state. Go around thinking what you would change like "I am a woman" or something. When you get really good at this you will see immediate change.
Imagine your body heating up, and a flame sparking inside of you. Visualize that flame growing, spreading a yellow glow throughout your body that heats you up.

Begin by meditating for 10-15 minutes prior to casting. If you don't have the candle no fears skip to 3. If you do have a candle light the candle and concentrate on the flame. Imagine your subject (or yourself) as light as the flame, weightless even. Do this for 5 minutes.
Now the picture is to be used if you can't accurately visualize the person, but if you are able to you have no need for it. Visualize the subject and keep them as the focal point as your thoughts imagine them on a scale and the scales number is slowly dropping. How long you do this is all up to you.
Say this chant according to the amount of weight you wish to be lost. For instance, 30 pounds you say it 3 times so on so forth. This is the chant. "I ask of thee to help a friend (or yourself) to lose unwanted weight. What they may lose in body weight may they gain in happiness. I ask of thee to assist"

Get into a meditative state. Next make a needle (really thin and sharp) with your energy. Then imagine your tube of genes and your needle poking into it. The next part you can do two ways. Method 1: (I prefer) If you are a boy think of the needle attaching to the Y and changing to a X. If you are a girl think of one of your X's turning to a Y. Method 2: Think that you really want to change your gender and release the needle until it evaporates. IMPORTANT: Seal up the hole you poked with the needle with energy otherwise you lose part one of your genes. Exit your state and watch the transformation happen.
