So make your green tea and than while adding the cinnamon and sugar say once : "Sugar and cinnamon sweet and delicious. Make my voice the same rich and smooth easy to listen to".
Put in the bay leaf and stir while saying: "Oh bay leaf give my vocal cords a nice ring to sing like gold and silk so mote it be".
Now take your index and middle finger and rub the mixture on your throat than take the bay leaf out and rub that on your throat. Drink half the potion and use the other half to daily rub the mixture on your throat for a week.

First you will need to fill a bowl with water. And then take a drop blood in the water.Continue with filling the bowl with a spoon of salt and at the end put just a little baking-soda and then say: "I drink my own blood, to help me lose weight".

All this is a few things to help you cast:
I just recently learned that spells are like recipe books you take what you know from the spell and add what you want whether its just a change of words or technique or ingredients. With ingredients you don't really need handles or anything they just help. If you mess up on certain incantations and it doesn't matter it just helps bring the spirit if done right.

Light a candle, then spread at least 5 rose petals around your bed. Get into bed and relax. Now say this spell: "With this spell that I cast I'll fall asleep super fast".

If u have a candle light it if u don't then just go in your room. Either be naked or let the skin you want to soften show. Take 3 rose petals and rub them over the parts of the body you want to be smoothened. Then chant,
"Smooth is what my skin has not been
I want my skin to be smoothened
I want smooth skin just for me
As I say now mote it be''
Then put the rose petals in a beg and rub them all over your body. After doing this spell once those petals will be enchanted and can be used at any time after.

''Let the one who drinks this wine,
Shower me with love divine,
Love potion number nine,
Let his (or her) love be forever mine.''
Bring everything to a low simmer and let it heat for another 9 minutes. Take the pot off the stove and let it cool. While it is cooling down, say the names of 9 love goddesses aloud: ''Venus, Ishtar, Astarte, Nephthys, Hathor, Aphrodite, Freya, Arianrhod, Inanna.''
Strain your fresh potion to remove the bits and pieces, and pour into a stoppered bottle. Keep in the fridge until you need it. Give on its own to your loved one, or add to another drink for a romantic boost of magick.

#1370 - Beauty Potion
Step two: Pour one tablespoon of Milk on top of lotion.
Step three: Stir thoroughly.
Step Four: Add one drop of Honey and stir thoroughly.
Step Five: (Optional) Add body glitter and pour a little more lotion.
