Sit down outside at night and put the black and white candle next to each other and then light them, then put the incense in the room somewhere, and light it. start to meditate while chanting 10 times:

"Spirit of the wolf come to me".

If it appears, you will not physically see him unless your 3rd eye is open, but you will sense it's presence. If he thinks you are worthy he will turn you into a wolf but be willing to transform into one or he will never appear.

Go outside or in a dark room at night (can be waxing or full moon, full moon will make it more powerful). Sit down with your legs crossed, take of your shoes. Imagine yourself as a wolf. Then close your eyes and chant:

"Godess of the moon, God of the night, oh so powerful bring the wolf on the inside to life. I hear the howls. I see the moon. I smell the blood. I feel the fur. I taste the prey. I take the power of the wolf in the moon and put it on my heart, I take the power of the night and put it to my head. I am now a wolf, I feel it running in my blood, my heart pumping. So mote it be".

Then blow out the white candle then the red one. You may have adrenaline after the spell. You may or may not have side effects until the next full moon.

Sit outside at dusk. Put your tail/ears on then light both candles. Say this three times: "God and Godess make this/these tail/ears attached to me". Then hold the white candle above your head and say "so mote it be".

First close your eyes and let yourself go heavy and concentrate on one thing: entering astral plane. After that try and find your wolf spirit. Once you do so, watch how it acts and how it lives. Begin to try to change in astral plane.
