First, it has to be a full moon. Put the smallest seashell in the glass of water, and put one jewelry in the water. Put a very small squirt in the water. Put the 2nd-to-smallest shell in the water & the other piece of jewelry and stir.
Put the towel in the glass of water. Wash the INSIDE of the biggest seashell. Then, wash the inside of the second biggest seashell. Put both seashells on your knees. Chant over your knees 2 times: "Blue water o holy grace. My mermaid tail awaits, well in water my scales will appear. Well not wet they'll disappear." Now do the same, just over the potion.

Say this 10 times at night.
"Spirits of the ocean, I ask you please to turn me into what I wish to be, A mermaid. 10 seconds after I touch water I will turn into a mermaid, I will grow a long tail. But when I am dry I will grow back my feet and return to normal. As a mermaid I will be able to swim up to 300 miles per hour. I will also be able to hold my breath under water for 12 hours. Spirits of the undead, I ask you please to turn me into a Vampire. My skin will be like granite unbreakable. I will get one special gift which will be ________. I can feed on both human and animal blood, if I bite a human and leave it alive the human will begin turning into a vampire. The transformation will be painful and will take three hours. I will have super strength, Super speed, Super senses. My eyes will be bright red if I drink human blood and golden if I drink animal blood and black when I am hungry. I will sparkle in the sunlight if I want to. My teeth will be unbreakable and I will not have fangs, I will have normal teeth that are razor sharp. And this is my will So mote it be!
