#1211 - Relieve a Headache
Take the incense and place it on the table close to you. Place the white candles on the four corners of the table. Place the pentacle in front of the incense. Light the incense and candles.
Turn off the lights. Lay in bed. Place the warm rag either behind you neck or on your head. There isn't any chant to this spells, this is because saying words can start hurting your head.

#1212 - Cleansing Negative Energy
Cleansing your own negative energy:
Sit cross legged and point directly to west and east with your arms wide open. Then imagine a ball of positive energy gathering together in your hands. Hold the balls with your palms facing the sky. Start breathing deep and concentrating. Imagine all of your negative energy flowing around you like a red stream. Imagine the red stream divided into two and each one soaking into one of the balls and disappearing. Then imagine the white stream of the balls going inside your heart.
Cleansing someone elses negative energy:
Tell the person to sit cross legged and concentrate on freeing the negative energy in the atmosphere around His/Her head. Kneel before him/her and hold your hand upon his/her head. Create a ball of energy in the palm of your hand while holding your hand above his/her head, tell him /her to release the energy and make it soak into your hand. After that gather your fist and destroy the ball.

#1213 - Cleansing Your Aura
Meditate and visualize your aura, all the good and bad energies like a living blanket of energy. Then visualize a small white ball radiating from your breastbone, inside the aura.While taking deep and rhythmic breaths, make the ball expand.
As it expands and comes into contact with your aura, you will feel a mild tingling sensation. This is the pure energy acting to "burn off" the negativity and negative emotions attached to your aura.Continue to expand the ball until it completely encompasses you. You may hear a ringing in your ears, or a sizzling/static-like noise. That's ok.
Hold this image in your mind until you feel certain the negative energy has been diffused.Take a deep breath and hold it while you visualize that white light becoming like fog, dissipating around you, falling harmlessly away.What remains should be your normal, at-rest aura.You may want to do this several times the first week, then maybe once a month (or more during periods of stress) thereafter.

#1215 - Heart Protection Spell
Write on the paper the feeling or emotions you would like to protect your heart from. On the other side write the exceptions (i.e. side A might protect you from feeling romantic love while side B might give the key to unlock your romanticism to a partner that will be safe to give those emotions to)
Seal the heart with a spray of your favorite fragrance on both sides.
Bind the heart with tape or string while repeating, what you are protecting your heart from (i.e. I bind my heart from feeling unrequited romantic love)
Light a fire in a safe bowl or cauldron. Stare into the flames and envision the your heart completely protected as you desire. Once you are able to feel a sensation in your chest, put the heart into the flames and say:
''So smote it be, this is my will so let it be''
Optional: As the flames dies down, throw the ground sage on the fire and say authoritatively:
''It is so!''

First, you have to design a symbol or sigil that is meaningful to you. You can use current ones such a yin yan or eye of Horus . You would use eye of Horus for protection, for yourself or others. You can design any symbol, for revenge, bad luck, good luck or whatever. You can draw it on your skin if you want, but recently I have tried drawing in the air in front of me.
I then spin the symbol/sigil with my mind by twisting my hand and push it towards the desired target with my hand. Then I imagine it shooting onto their skin. Then the symbol should work its magic

Warning: requires a huge amount of magick. May drain you if you haven't exercised your core. Also not recommended for people with no imagination.
This is my first spell. I came up with it on the spot, as it felt like the right thing to do.
Warning: this can drain your core, if you don't leave any behind. If this happens, the spell will be unsuccessful, and you will never be able to use magic again. There is also a likelihood of death.
If this succeeds, you will become immortal.

#1218 - Salt Salt Water Spiritual Remedy – For Removing Negative Energy
It is difficult to get rid of this black energy except through a generalised spiritual remedy such as spiritual practice or a more specific one like the salt water remedy.
This spell, if done correctly, will ease the caster of lethargy, reduction of promptness, the inability to think, excessive thinking (particularly negative thinking); anger, stress, physical illness, and a lot more. A recommendation for anyone.
The salt water remedy is a simple but powerful spiritual remedy to counteract the harmful unseen black energy and drain it out of our system. By doing so, we do not waste our spiritual practice in counteracting black energy. Instead it can be used to bring about our spiritual growth.

Fill a bucket (up to 50%) with water so as to cover the ankles. Add 2 tablespoons of rock salt.
Pray to God sincerely and with faith to remove the black energy in you. Also pray specifically for destroying the black energy of the ghosts (demons, devils, negative energies, etc.) affecting you. Prayer is an important ingredient which enhances the effectiveness of this remedy.
The remedy
Sit upright with your feet immersed in the salt water. Keep a distance of at least 2-3 cms between the feet. This aids in the maximum discharge of black energy. If the feet touch each other, then there is obstacle to the discharge of black energy through the feet.
Keep the feet in the salt water for 10 – 15 minutes.
While the feet are immersed, chant the Name of God according to your religion.
On completion
After the completion of the remedy give gratitude to God and pray for the creation of a protective sheath around you.
Then throw the salt water in the toilet and rinse the bucket with fresh water.
Chant the Name of God according to your religion for 2-3 minutes.
In cases of severe distress, the salt water remedy can be repeated 2-3 times in a day at 2-3 hour intervals for better results.
