Combine the herbs in a jar, or any container. Chant the words, ''Heal me! Heal me! Heal my wounds. Protect me! Protect me! Protect me from enimies. Heal my wounds.'' three times. On the final time, at the end of the chant, also add, ''so mote it be.'' Whenever the scent is inhaled, it should heal the minor injuries and protect you.

The first thing you need to do is to be totally relaxed. Close your eyes and meditate for a minute or two. Then open your eyes, look at your body and picture energy from the universe absorbing into your body and absorb until it's in and surrounding your entire body.
After that, put your hands on the wound/cut/bruise. Chant: "sana vulnere tolle dolores et auertere" 4-6 times Chant this while picturing the energy going from your hands into the wound.

Put your palm (the hand you write with) a little over the wound, so that is isn't touch it, but it is a little over. Close your eyes and imagine the energy from your plan onto the wound. After a little you should start to feel tingling in your palm and wound, it you do, it is working. You should feel relaxed and calm. The wound shouldn't hurt as bad.

Ok focus your energy around your body chant protect me Emet protect me soul protect me energy never let go. Cross you your first two fingers on each hand over one another. Your right hand fingers should be on top. Focus the energy you have accumulated at the point above where those fingers meet. Compact it till you can't any longer and releases your energy around you. Make up your circle. Light candles. Put in centre. Focus on flames of candles. Think, "I, (your name here), plead other wiccans to come to my land. I summon Thee!"
Go into you back yard. In the Yard make a hole to fit the big rock. Bury the rock and pound the soil on it. With you finger write his/her name in the soil. Then pound so hard on the name so you can't see it anymore. Then draw a X in the soil. Fill X with tiny rocks. Then with the 4 flower like weeds or bush put it in between the X like you see an imaginary circle. Put it in the 4 sections. Then chant:
