    If you are prone to headaches or migraines or just happen to have a really bad one one day, use this spell to rid yourself of it.

    In a quiet place with low lighting, light 2 small candles (white/light blue). While gently massaging the area which is in pain, repeat the following:

    ''Tame thou flesh and bone, like Christ in Paradise; and who will assist thee, this I tell thee [name] for your repentance sake.''

    This you must say three times, and your headache will soon cease. Allow the candles to burn out naturally while you rest.

    Use the power of fire to burn away bad habits, obsessions or addictions. You can also use this spell to break a connection with someone, like an ex you can't let go of.

  • • Something to represent your habit/obsession

  • • Chunks of frankincense resin

    It works best if you choose an object to represent your bad habit that is small and flammable. Written notes, receipts, photographs and things like that work best. If you can do this spell on the night of the new (dark) moon, it will have more power.

    Sit with your supplies at your altar, and concentrate on the item representing the thing you want to get rid of. Visualize all the negative things about this obsession and how badly you want to free yourself from it. Light in on fire, and let it burn out in the dish. On top of the ashes, set your charcoal tablet (the kind meant for incense, not the BBQ). Light the charcoal, and set several chunks of resin incense on it once lit. It may be a bit smoky, so open a nearby window if necessary. Let it burn out on its own.

    Use the power of fire to bring a little more joy into your life.

  • Marjoram and rosemary

    Anoint the candles with cedar oil, and light them. Sprinkle some of the herbs around the bases of the candles and focus on the flames. Feel the heat of the fire fill up your soul. Repeat the following:

    "Happiness and joy come into my life
    Away with anger, stress and strife
    I am happy, I am free
    No more negativity"

    Pass your hands through the warmth of the flames (preferably without burning yourself). Leave the candles to burn down on their own.

    If you have a lot going on in your life, this spell will work
    You may need:

  • Cinnamon oil
  • Piece of red jasper

    Place the red candle in front of you , and anoint it with the cinnamon oil. Light it, and think of all the things that currently stress you out. Hold the red jasper in your hand, and let all the stressful things pour out of your mind and into the stone.

    Move the lit candle farther away from you, and set the stone at the base. Then bring the white candle to you, and rub with lavender oil. Light the candle. Now think peaceful thoughts and focus on being relaxed and stress-free.

    Leave both candles to burn down, and take the piece of clear quartz with you to remind you to leave the stress behind.
