Gather a bit of water from a stream. On a night of the full moon, place the glass of water in the moonlight. Take a few relaxing breaths, meditate, do whatever you need to do to remain calm. Look at the moon. Ask the moon spirits to bless the water, to make it yours, so that it may help you in the future. Add the salt, and swirl in a clockwise motion until the salt dissolves. Thank the spirits. Bottle the water and set it in your blessed altar. Let it sit for a short while with some white candles burning. Fifteen minutes should do the trick.
Snuff the candles. Dip your finger in the water, and rub it along your brow. Imagine the water evaporating the pain away. You may say an incantation if you wish.
Alternatively, to help you sleep peacefully, rub some water on your temples and eyelids. Ask a spirit or god for a peaceful sleep
