1. Fill pot with water and bring it to a boil.
2. Add all ingredients and stir.
3. Let it boil for 30 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes
4. Put it in fridge for 20 minutes.
5. Put in a cup and drink all of it.
Invoke the goddess of love and sex to help you change your physical body. Once the spell is cast I suggest not only forgetting that you cast it but working toward that goal yourself.

Take the piece of paper (not to large) and draw or write on it the body you want, the parts of your body you want changed or of someone else if you are casting this for a friend. If that's the case then make sure you are doing this with positive intentions and not to harm them. Take the paper and fold it up and put it in the jar, then add the rose peddles (it doesn't matter how many), the cinnamon (powdered or sticks), and then pour in the olive oil until it covers the paper. Put the lid on it and set the candle on top and light it. The candle in the tea light will heat the metal which will heat the lid of the jar, thus heating your spell. Then ask Aphrodite to grant your wish and help your spell to work. I believe spells work best when the caster makes the chant themselves but try something like ''Oh beautiful seductrist Aphrodite, one goddess of love and lust, I ask you please to bless my body, for the good will of all, so mote it be''. Then let the candle burn until you feel it is ok to blow it out. After that work towards your goal if you cast it for yourself. If you are trying to lose weight then eat better and go to the gym, show effort because it will help keep the intention of your spell alive. The dowsing pendulum, this is normally used as a tool, that is not the proper usage of this, this is a home for a spirit guardian it should be treated with the utmost respect.

Assemble the Pendulum, the length according to how you want it, perfect the position of the piece, make sure that this is strong because in times of powerful battles this could break.
After assembling is done begin tuning, this is where you find at which point the pendulum jives with you the most, this is the point where you should hold it always.
Now practice dowsing, simple yes and no's, also please be reminded that this is a special item, your guardian spirit is the one moving it so please thank it afterwards.

Write down your wish on the paper and then fold it hamburger style. Draw a pentagram and fold it again, doesn't matter how. Chant while writing "I call all gods and goddesses to help my wish come true no matter how hard it may be to do."
Fold the paper once more and write 11:11 on the paper. Write down everything on the paper before 11:11 then chant the spell and read your wish at 11:11. After that put the paper and the crystal or whatever if you chose to do that. If your wish doesn't come true on the first day keep repeating the chant and your wish at 11:11 until it works.
