Place the herbs you'd like to use in the pouch. (Cloves is an especially good one, as you can smell the aroma quite clearly. I also added sesame seeds)
Place the crystals in with the herbs and cleanse it all together once more.
You can keep this with you in your purse, at the top of your bed, or anywhere else you are. Hold it every now and then and suck the energies in, or simply breathe in the aroma of the herbs while thinking of the job you want.

2. Water. If this is your element than you will be able to hear, smell, and taste the water
3. Earth.Stick your hand in the dirt and if this is your element your hand will stay clean
4. Ice. Look at the ice cubes.If this is your element than the ice cube will break
5. Electricity. Take the shock pen and shock yourself. If this is your element than you will feel no pain at all
6. Strength. Take something heavy and if this is your element than you should be able to carry it
It is very rare to have more than one element but I have some friends with 3 so it's possible !!!

Arrange the white candles in the shape of a square put the red candle in the middle. Draw your pentagram. Light the white candles. Rub olive oil all over your body except your face
Chant (8x) "I summon the Gods and Goddesses to give me this power I so desperately deserve! In 24 hours I will move the heaviest of the heaviest. This is my wish so mote it be! "
Fold the pentagram 8 times. Light the red candle. Burn the pentagram using the red candle then chant: "My time starts now at (your time) grant me this power". Dont stop until the paper is just ashes.
