Say

"After the cruel memory is seen and said.
Erase these thoughts from my heart and head"

After you say the incantation food is on the memory you want erased then slowly visualize the memory fading away

Sit in a comfortable position and begin to meditate. Focus on trying to find lost memories. Don't fight it if you feel like you are moving or falling. As you meditate, say:

" Remember
Remember
Everything about me
All blocked
All erased
Shall be remembered "

You might have to say it more than once.. But just keep moving until you see images or feel how you died.

Hold your symbol in your hand and chant:

"Sun and Moon
I want to be reborn
I want to be reborn as a (___)
Make this me
So mote it be"

Then when you go to bed you will be something else when you wake.

Draw what your griffin will look like. Color in your griffin, according to its element, or just color it in and find out its element by the color(s). Draw you next to your griffin. Write down your height next to yourself. (Optional)-Color in yourself.

Draw lines above yourself, according to your height. I.E.: If you're 5'4", draw 5 lines first, then draw the 4 lines. Do the same for your griffin. Underline the heights of you and your griffin.

Fold the paper hamburger style. Write its info with the pencil on either side. (Name, element, breed, fur color, eyes, wingspan, tail, accessories, abilities, strength, speed, what it eats, etc.)

Fold paper hamburger style again. Write and say this aloud, "(Element), griffin of mine, come to me, by egg of (element). I summon the newborn mythical creature. So Mote It Be." ("So mote it be" should be written as big as you can.)

Fold paper again. Draw a pentagram on either side. Fold it once more.

-Now every night, for three nights, chant, "God/goddesses, grant my dream griffin in the real world from egg to end." Then, chant, "(Element), griffin of mine, come to me, by egg of (element). I summon the newborn mythical creature. So mote it be."

Kiss the paper and put it under your pillow. As you fall asleep, dream of you and your griffin coming together.

Type of eggs:

• Water-Sitting in the pool(if you have one)/blue egg
• Terra-Rock egg
• Fire-Flaming egg/red egg
• Air/wind-Maybe invisible and strong wind comes/white egg
• Copper-Copper egg
• Silver-Silver egg
• Nickel-Nickel egg
• Aurora-Colorful egg
• Nature-Green egg

Meditate for 3 minutes with your eyes closed then chant: "I will leave your thoughts, your memories, the pain. I will leave, it's all the same. You won't know that I was here. You won't shed a single tear. I will leave your mind, I will leave it all behind. This is what I want, so mote it be"

Chant: "Forces of natures hear my plea. Please answer my call and grant my wish for me! My wish shall be (your wish) so mote it be!"

It has to be a full moon when you say it though or at least almost a full moon for it to fully and most successfully work.

Meditate so you can form energy, because all spells need your own energy because otherwise they won't work as well as you may think or even may not work at all.

Cast the Circle and Call the Elements and invoke your chosen Deity that corresponds with Happiness or Joy. As said previously if you have not chosen a Pantheon yet then invoke Hathor. Now, get your candle (red) and hold it in your hands and visualize the energy that you gathered from meditation going into the candle, then when your done with that dress the candle with the herb you must dress the herb up the candle because that symbolizes bringing something in(pepper).

Light the candle and visualize within the flame that your goal is complete, so you would visualize yourself happy, then get your piece of paper and write what you want the invoked deity to do for you. Then what you want to do is fold the paper toward you, then turn it clockwise and fold it toward you again. What you need to do then is burn the piece of paper while chanting. Underneath if you have not chosen a pantheon I will put the invocation of Hathor, then chant:

"Great goddess, Hathor.
I ask that you bring
Your presence to this room.
Upon this night,
Help me with my magic
Fulfill my intention
Offerings I will leave to you.
All I ask is your help
So mote it be"

Then chant:

"Upon this blessed night
With Goddess Hathor's might
Great Goddess, hear my plea
Courage from you is what I seek.
Expel emotion and negativity
Fill me with confidence, pride,
Happiness
This is my plea
So mote it be"

Leave an offering to Hathor after the spell has worked okay, if you don't have anything suitable as an offering then simply write on a piece of paper:

"Thank you Goddess Hathor for helping me
with my spell".

Then burn the paper in a candle, fire or whatever so that your messaged will be sent to the heavens.

Chant: "Wings, wings please grow, grow. Grow to the form of the wings im my picture/paper and become the most beautiful color of (what the color of your candle is) and make my wings just like that".
