Focus on the cat. Say, "Furry cat of hissing breed. Lazy feline, pay me heed. For when I reach the count of three, you will be turned toad green".

Take your soon-to-be-wand outside during anytime of day while there is daylight. Hold it up to the sky and say in a strong voice:

"Oh this wand I power thee, make it stronger as can be".

Now you have a Magick-charged wand that you can use to cast spells and point energy. Note: I have used this spell before and it worked.

Boil water and place it in your teapot. After which, place in your herbal teas, your cinnamon sticks, and your honey. Add enough cinnamon sticks and honey to achieve desired flavor. Let the tea steep for a short time.

When you are ready to drink your tea place it in your teacup. As you slowly pour the tea into your cup say the following:

"May this magical, herbal tea grant me a peaceful nights sleep.
By the grace of the Gods, I imbue you with this power."

As you say the chant visualize the tea be empowered by your words and doing exactly what you are saying. When you drink the tea believe that it is working.

After you finish your tea you will begin to slowly drift off into a peaceful sleep.

NOTE: The tea works well without the above spell, but I've found that it works better with the use of the spell.

Mix the mentioned herbs. Then cook them in oil in a double boiler. Use light mineral oil because it holds the scent well and does not go rancid. Strain the herbs from the oil. It will have a greenish color.
Add high Join (or as we call it "Johnny root") and lavender. The amounts of these two oils depend on the size of the mixture. Add enough to give the scent, but not enough to overpower it. Then, shake well and store in a cool, dark place until the first full moon. Let it set in the light of the moon all night and bring it in before any sunrays touch it. It is preferable that sunlight never touches it. Rather, it should only be seen by the light of the moon and stars. The very scent of this oil brings insights and altered consciousness.

Light a red candle and chant "Gods of love, please don't shove". Imagine the face of a lover. Now light the second candle and chant "Gods of love, fly like a dove".

Chant the following three times: "Let light into your heart and fill it with happiness".

Take a Pigeon or Dove and while in the grip of your pains and with the powerful desire to have him....Take the pin or needle and state in short what you want. Then stab the Dove.Pigeon through the heart. It was said to have been a bad omen if the dove or pigeon suffers. It had to be clean and swift.

Bury the dove with the needle and his photo graph in a secret place. Burning them all together in some secret place was another variation as well.

2009, USA:

Make the poppet out of white cloth and the wax out of white wax. Stuff the poppet/wax figure with herbs that attract, and his hair/nail clippings ECT will also help.

Place the photo on where the heart would be and while in a grip of desire and passion, state briefly your intention then STAB the poppet/wax figure and through the photo.

You may burn them or bury them in some private location. But Know that they must be done so together.

Also remember that "What Comes Around Goes Around" So be cautious on where your heart lies in it's intentions.

You cut the shape of the pentagram onto your hand with the knife then take the knife with you anywhere you go. Everytime someone annoys you and you want to ruin them just take out the knife and slice straight through the center of the pentagram and aim your hands towards. The persons face they will then stare into the pentagram for ages and after they stop they will run screaming trust me I use it alot.
