The Earth is one of our greatest sources of energy. Since it is alive, it radiates energy all the time. It can also store and neutralize energy. When you pick up negative energy you can return the excess energy back to the earth. This is what grounding is. Is is based around the root chakra essentially whenever you feel disoriented, fearful, dizzy, lightheaded, sometimes nauseous etc. more than likely you are ungrounded.

During these times as the energy is changing and expanding, awakening our consciousness it is very important to ground. Its easy to have our heads in the clouds but we still need to remember to connect back to earth so we dont feel like were straddling different worlds all day long.

A lot of people like to ground after stressful situations, like bad work meetings, road rage, etc. By grounding , we also connect to mother earth, our divine teacher of light who carries eternal energy from her being. Dont worry about sending negative energy into the earth, because the earth can neutralize it and manifest it in other ways. Whenever you are working with energy through meditation, pathworking, visualization, reiki, etc. It is essential to ground.

There are many ways to ground, a simple one is just to visualize that you are becoming a tree, deep within the earth. You veins are tree roots extending into your feet, your hands branch out like the leaves, and you feel your feet pushing into the ground deep within the core of the holy tree of life. go deeper into the earth and feel her, feel the energy of her core. We joke about this one but seriously it really works "Be the Treeeee"

If thats too weird and deep for you, try the Taproot. Sit comfortably and relax. Take a few deep breaths, When you are calm and relaxed. imagine that there is a thick golden, glowing taproot that extends from the base of your spine all the way down into the center of the earth.

It is vibrant, and it draws its energy from the molten core. See it and feel it in your mind as strongly as you can. Know that it connects you to the earth, The mother goddess and web of life.

When you can see the taproot in your minds eye and you know its reality within you, gently draw warm energy up from the earth through it. Feel and/or see the energy flow up the taproot to the base of your spine. Imagine that the energy branches from the the top of the taproot and some of it flows down each leg and each foot.

Feel the energy moving gently into your legs and feed. Then imagine that the energy runs from the taproot all the way up your spine. feel the energy move gently up your spine. the imagine that the energy splits from the top of the spine and runs down each arm and into your arms and into your hands, finally imagine that the energy moves from the top of your spine to your crown, feel your whole body glowing and vibrating with earth energy. Know that you are connected to the earth and the web of all life together as one.

Then you can visualize pushing out the excess energy out of your body and back down into your taproot and from there into the earth. Feel it leave your body. You wont be drained because you are not getting rid of your own energy only the negative/excess kind that has stirred your aura.

Say this once:

"Something has set off my danger alarm
So protect me from those who wish to do me harm"

You have to be wearing the jewelry to be protected.

Read the spell aloud:

"Ashtu malku ta dat arkata sastus seckz altamu party

This spell should not be incanted more than 3 times.

Put a lot of cinnamon on the flat surface like table or plate. Make sure there is nothing underneath the surface. Now draw Ansuz rune in the cinnamon, focus on what kind of power you want to feel and what kind of things that dispower you, you want to get rid of, now draw a circle surrounding the rune on the cinnamon. Take your bag and put all of your enchanted cinnamon into it. Close the bag to make sure energy is trapped inside. Take bag outside and leave somewhere in nature. As soon as you leave your bag outside you should feel effects of the spell.

Place the camera in the same room as the elf on a shelf. Then say "This must stop, the elf is naughty, and it is stopping tonight.".

Add your 1 tbsp of water to one of your shot glasses to represent the west. Add your 1 tbsp of dirt to represent the north. Heat up the bottom of your red candle to stick it to the bottom of your next shot glass to represent the south. Leave your last shot glass empty to represent air. And you don't need a shot glass for spirit. Simply use your own energy to fill for this.

You can use your own chant to call the elements as you normally would. Or you can use this. Starting at the east: "I call upon thee oh glorious air that fills my lungs and flows through the trees" Light your red candle and say: "I call upon thee element of fire that shines so bright and warms my soul" Water: "I call upon thee element of water who's beauty created the oceans" Earth: "I call upon thee element of earth who's strong force teaches us and provides to us". Spirit: "I call upon thee spirit acne manifest you here so I may give thanks to you for making me whole"

If you're using an offering, offer whatever it is to each element. Once you're no longer in need of your circle, release each element starting from spirit to air saying "I release thee (element) go if you must, stay if you like" then end it however you wish.

Chant to yuorself or out loud:

"I wish to summon a(n) (Creature type) named (Creature name). I do/do not give my creature permission to interact with the world. They will be loyal to me, reliable, and my best friend. Everyone can see and interact with it. It will be (Age) years old, a (Gender), and will always be nice and positive. So mote it be!!"

Go outside at midnight on a full moon and sit in an open area create a magic circle with candles that r lit and sit in the center light the red candle infront of you.look up at the moon and chant x10:

"Oh goddess of the darkness

let me be reborn as your child

Allow me passage to the darkness
as from your immortal womb
into the arms of your children

Blow out the candle and go inside. You may hear knocks on your windows or various noises. If you hear knocks on your window go outside it could be your vampire to bite you.
